1. Account Registration & Verification

To access creator storefronts or brand campaign features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and participate in paid campaigns.
• Verification: Alpha reserves the right to verify user identities, social media analytics, reach metrics, and business registrations. Accounts submitting falsified data or automated bot metrics are subject to immediate suspension.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2. Creator Storefronts & Media Kits

Alpha provides creators with bio links, rate cards, and verified media kit tools to showcase their portfolio to brands and agencies.

• Content Ownership: Creators retain all ownership rights to the original content they upload to their media kits and storefronts. By displaying content on Alpha, you grant us a non-exclusive license to feature your profile to prospective brand partners.
• Rate Accuracy: Rate card figures set by creators are binding for accepted campaign offers, subject to final brand agreement terms.

3. Brand Campaigns & Escrow Payments

Alpha operates an escrow-protected campaign distribution system to ensure campaign safety for both advertisers and content creators.

• Campaign Funding: Brands agree to deposit agreed campaign budgets into escrow prior to campaign activation. Funds are held securely until campaign deliverables are reviewed and verified.
• Creator Deliverables: Creators agree to fulfill campaign briefs according to specified timelines, disclosure guidelines, and brand standards.
• Payout Release: Upon satisfactory verification of campaign posts and metrics, funds are released from escrow to the creator's designated account balance.
• Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises regarding deliverable quality or timelines, Alpha provides mediation based on submitted brief requirements and proof of publication.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Content Guidelines

Users agree not to engage in any activity that harms the integrity, security, or reputation of the Alpha network, including:

• Purchasing artificial engagement, fake followers, or automated impressions.
• Publishing misleading, defamatory, hate speech, or infringing content.
• Attempting to bypass platform escrow fees by executing campaign payments off-platform after making contact through Alpha.
• Using unauthorized scraping, bots, or reverse engineering on Alpha infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alpha is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Technologies Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Alpha be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform usage, campaign performance, or third-party services.

6. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and applicable regional regulations in East Africa.
